This is the first song I have ever put together. I'm not sure how to make music, but I wanted to try anyway.

This song represents a short fight that ends in terrible tragedy.

Thanks for listening.

Sub-bass is interesting. That could come up in the mix a bit. It sounds like you're using Mixcraft 7 or 8.

Writing is alright. Instrumentation is where it falls flat. Those guitar samples are incredibly unimaginative and just sort of sound like machine gunning the same velocity. I would suggest you start working with dry samples and an amp like Emissary (free), and rely more on velocity setting.

Also, your crashes are too loud and could use reverb and maybe even delay (Classic Delay is a good plugin in MX7).

Also, you're distorting a bit. Watch for volume red-lining. If you want to fill up your mix try a master-limiting plugin. Classic Master Limiter in MX7. Anyway, keep at it. This one might need to go back to the drawing board a bit, but it's a start!

Thanks for your request!

Thanks for the review. I'm new to music and I'm not sure what most of what you said means, but I plan on looking it up and fixing all the issues you pointed out.
