TigerM - TigerMvintage - Proof of Murder
*****

While working as Receptionist / Accountant / Secretary at MGCM,
for his stepbrother's Music Conservatory,
Tiger was introduced to the Roland Boss DR-5 Rhythm Section...
and... often more than
eight hours a day producing arrangements...

Using the MIDI instruments on Roland's DR-5, in a single month,
Tiger would produce over 250 unique arrangements.” [some call them "beats!" ^^]

*****

This tune was cranked-out composed in the year 2000 on
the same day "Slow-Motion Run Through The Moonlit Graveyard" was
completed and recorded as well during my "I love Pizzicato notes"
series of produtions composed on the DR-5 at 16. The opening I
"recorded first" [the "ram-ram-ram-ram' on the drum sound set]
independent of recording directly onto the Boss DR-5 first
[I started the cassette and did the drum hits then proceeded]
because I could not fit all of my rhythms and notes into the song
[at first] because of the 'duration limit' I did not yet
know how to increase from "4/4" timing regardless of selected tempo.

Later I would learn to toggle "time limits" as well as "Time signature"
on the DR-5 [mind you without a manual] on the analog device with
more variety and more varied melodies-- eventually. I got used to putting
my "many note thoughts" into timing containers in 4/4 sig and learned
to "time" a lot of things by necessity manually to keep creating
my music to the DR-5 memory limit -- then begin and record them
as a 'batch [one after the other] to Tape Deck' then go again.

Eventually I'd learn another method and record cassettes more
high in quality (watching the volume levels / balancing proper gain)
but that is a story You may "hear" in my audio recordings 2000-forward.

"Proof of Murder" is recorded from my thinking at the time (2000)
of a Detective Story and lyrics-in-rhyme during a time I would write
raps and songs daily in pen and ink as well as play classical piano
before later typing "video game ideas to Microsoft Wordpad"
then storylines and lyrics saving them onto A-Drive Floppy discs.
(Today on more than one "Master Drive" =3 Thanks to External hardware!)
This track I combined a lot of thoughts into
(making a 'bounc-bounce' rap "beat" about a Detective =3)
so one recorded idea would fit into the DR-5 in 4/4 time on
the Roland Boss. I eventually used each instrument on the DR-5.

The "Pizz" as it is called I thought 'is cool' and indeed
was the very first DR-5 harmony sound (not 'drum sound') I ever
recorded note-for-note and I began using "Pizz" as melody often.
["Spider7" was my very first recording on the DR-5 clocked: at age 16 in Y2K].

Please enjoy this Pizzicato, Techno bass and rhythm tune
and feel free to remix / use / in video / game /
College / Headset / stereo / wherever-wanted =)

Remain remarkable and
Thank You For Listening! =^_^=
