Hehe, I almost like this tune better than the original one, lol, reminds me of Cave Story, but doesn't all 8Bit tunes do so. Great song anyhow, keep them coming!

I'm a sucker for 8-Bit/Chip Tunes.
Really enjoyed this, great stuff.
You could quite easily add some tasty breaks over the top of this tune and be onto a winner in my ears.

Cheers. By all means, check out the guitar version. I might try doing a version with a beat as well. It'd lend itself quite well to a mental dance track.

Incase that never happens, remember that I'm quite open to people re-mixing my stuff. ;)
