This track I made with the demo of Sylenth. I also Reinstalled Vanguard and made a bunch of fresh vocal samples up. I programed all the drum kits myself this time for more flexibility, the samples for the kits came from my Yamaha A3000 and was played back freshly on the MPC using the PC as a hub to process the incoming and send outgoing MIDI data. I used a combination of the MPC studio software and Cubase 8.5, as well as using cubase to do the final mastering.

I have been working carefully on this track with my partner whom over the years I have taught to play keyboards, so there is his own section in there as she loves Drum and Bass.

I'm also finding that the MPC is invaluable for making drum and bass and being the master controller to fire my outboard samplers and synths, so expect this kind of work in the future.

There is also a few styles in this track which I've learned from listening to various EDM Drum and bass and Dubstep artists, this doesn't particularly sound like any specific band or group, but is verging on a style or I say genre which I'm developing myself!

I used instrument wise, (VSTi's);

Vanguard, Sylenth (demo), Kontakt 5, Serum and MPC64 (the MPC studio software.

I used the following (VSTe's),

QEC-10 (10 band EQ), Vintage and Tube Compressors (from Cubase 8.1), A Multiband Expander (for mastering), Ozone 7 for bass control and Waves IR-1 (for Mastering Reverb).

I used MPC Studio 64bit or sampling structuring, Yamaha A3000 loaded with personal samples to build up the drum loops. and the song was sequenced using Cubase 8.5. The final version maybe remastered in Wave Lab.
