I've been on NG for nearly a year now, and I've come a long way. My first song published was Quirky Pigs, which had a really catchy melody. I've come a really long way since then, and I can still keep going, but only with your help. Ths is by far my best song, but how do I make it better? If you can, please comment - there is always room for improvment, I think. In anyone.

Nice song!, but like others said, the bass is underused and too much clashing. Other than that I really liked it. :)

Ok. I will take out the clashes!

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad song, but the parts DO occasionally clash. The bass could maybe have been a bit more used- trance is based a lot around driving and rolling basslines.
The thing that really could have been improved on was at the beginning when the slapped instrument came in with that contrasting melody. That made it less trance and more carnival-y.

Trance really has a hard-house style to it, so focus more on the beats and bass, and less on melodies and chord sequences.

That's great advice - thank you.

Watch it when your notes clash with your chords; It could produce a beautiful sound, or, unfortunately, in this case, an out-of-place tone. It kind of ruined the song for me...

Ok. I'll try that then...
