I've started this music since July 18, 2016. It was an initial idea from an artwork (- filled with patterns and a bird-like creature breaking itself apart, in a good way) that I saw at Newgrounds. And it turned out to be a tune about crystallized birds flying up in the sky, shattering themselves for a glimmering atmosphere.

This is my entry for the 2016 Art-Inspired Music Contest.

The beginning is interesting, though i have mixed feelings about it. The drums are good, but then when the synths come in....ehhh not a fan. Especially since it's just repeating the same melody, it gets way too repetitive at this point. 1:22 kinda sounds interesting but i don't know....something about the wobble is off, but i love the ambient pad synths, that are in there, but this is a bit chaotic and all over the place.....i get that it's experimental but...it needs a bit more structure, 2 minutes in you have way too much going on and it's too distracting, takes from the song.

That melody that comes in around 2:20 again....i feel that melody takes up too much of the song, and doesnt seem interesting enough to me to bring it back. I like what you did with the glitch effects and the percussion on this track, but the melody needs work, it's too all over the place in the song. Some of the transitions are good as far as buildup goes, but not always.

1:09 - i feel this is out of place the way the drums go overtime then calms back down again. I feel tthough the wobble bass synth you got going on there feels out of place listening to it more. The ambient pad synths though i like that a lot, the other synths there are bad but....again, just all over the place.

Interesting experiment but...needs work. Also...why that sound effect at 4:08 with the bird call....that just is random and annoying imo...it feels like this needs more structure and less random stuff in it. But overall the mixing isn't bad except for the wobble synth.
