You will experience my sorrow, and the slight hope of redemption in this piece. Let me know what you think.

This is quite a gem, never thought I'd find something like this just browsing through favorites. But I have to agree in some part with smashfan2005, the bells sound kinda off-place, try making them sound more deep, like church bells. Really love the tune, maybe a slow fulte added to this melody might just finish the job.

Aresdev responds:

Sorry for the late response. I appreciate the feedback. {Perhaps I will find some time to revisit this piece. :-)

Awesome

I really like this song but the Choir entering from :48 should have descended higher (very softly though) that way it will create more of a distraught sound reverberating with the bells.

Besides that I like it a lot.

Aresdev responds:

Thank you for your constructive criticism!

Going on my ipod, don't try to stop me!

The moment it hits 1:41, the sense of sort of alternate reality, or maybe despair comes in...
Im really at a loss to describe it, never encountered it in other songs i've heard, and completely in love with your style.

Keep it up Boy'O, I need to fill me ipod

Aresdev responds:

Wow, thank you very much, honored that it gets to grace ye ol' ipod. I can tell you that I arranged this at a very difficult time in my life, and I felt despair. So what you felt was real. Thank you for listening!

I love it... only one problem with it.

I don't think the bells after 1:00 fit w/ the rest of the song. That's just me though, its still a fantastic piece.

Aresdev responds:

Thank you for your honesty! I listen to every comment as soon as they mention something, especially the specific time. I still think it fits, but that's just me. Everyone has a different reaction to music, it's the passion that makes us emote. Thank you for the review!

Soothing...

This song is beautiful. It really gave a compilation of mix emotions into it.A nice slow beginning then a beautiful soft female voice then the pace slowing picks up then a sudden short silence followed by the eerie music then slowly slows down for the finish. It was really nice and oddly very soothing on my end :P...

Aresdev responds:

Why thank you! I was going through a rough patch when I arranged this, and it came out. Music is definitely a medium that can soothe a beast. I appreciate your review, and what you thought of it. I suggest listening to a fw of my other stuff, I have some decent soothing material. Thanks!
