=== This is an NGAUC Audition Round Review ===

Whoa, for a second there I think I heard 13/4, but then it switches back to 12/4. Neat little time sig trickery! The piano playing is really nice and this is a really nice and meditative piece, but unfortunately, it does not really develop at all. While it would probably be fine for a video game level or something of the sort (perhaps underwater!), as an entry to a contest you might want to submit something with a bit more of an arc to it. Still, it's not bad for what it is!

Mini-scores (See http://johnfn.newgrounds.com/news/post/936953 for what this means and how to improve)
Mixing: 3/4
Arrangement: 2/4
Composition: 3/4
Overall (this is not an average): 6/10

A.I.M judging Review
Interesting piece. Like the atmospheric vibe you got going in this, but at times I felt like you were a bit too obsessed with making the track atmospheric. When the piano plays, there's a lot of thing going on in the background, and while some of it sounds good, some of it is just plain irritating to listen to.
I really liked the sounding of the piano. Never really heard that sound before, but I love it.
The mixing is good, though I feel like the atmospheric elements in the background does clash with the piano at times.
This really reminds me of something C418 would make, and would be great for games like minecraft. Still it think it needs a bit more work so that the listener can listen to it for a long duration of time.
I felt like this could have portrayed the art better as neither the title or anything in the track gives me a hint on what aspect of the art you were trying to depict.

Not bad, it has good atmosphere so far, but I feel it is missing something. Not bad though, I like the background synths. The atmosphere reminds me of vanilla Minecraft music, and Harvest Moon somehow, so that's good. I like the emotion it gives off. The best part of this is the emotional vibe it gives off. I feel it could have one more synth to really finish it off. Nice work.

Thank you for taking your time to supply me with feedback and it's funny you mention Harvest Moon since I was so obsessed with Back to Nature as a child.

This is great, has a very sad vibe, but can still better your mood somehow :)
