Really cool, didn't expect it to go all glockenspiel!

I think you'd benefit from practising with a metronome, some of the fast alternate picked runs were a bitt off-centre. Awesome though!

NahuPyrope responds:

That's because of the Reaper input lag, thanks so much!

Sry, saw you were quite new on the site , so really wasn't expecting this. The riffs are awesome, the guitar sound i sick, and the arrangement is very good. There are some issues with the mixing. The guitar gets overpowered vy the drums and times and I feel like the bass could have shined through just a tiny bit more. Bass does lag a bit. Had the same problem with Reaper at times when I was using it, really annoying. It's hardly noticeable though.
This track made me think of a buildup to an epic batle even BEFORE looking at the art, so I don't need to say anymore about that ;).

Mixing: 4/5
Arrangement: 5/5
Sound Design: 5/5
Art Relevance 5+/5
Overall: 4.75/5

I feel like I could give this track a 4.5 due to minor mixing issues , but the quality of this track, the art relevance and that amazing guitar solo has convinced me otherwise. So much work has gone into the track, and I had a great time listening to it. Keep it up :).

Wow, have to say, this surprised me. There are points where it feels flat, or the leads overpower the guitar and drums. But overall, the guitar shines despite that. Lots of variation here. It's really interesting stuff. Sounds like your cymbals are suffering from a lack of high end though. Bass also lags a smidgen behind guitar at some points -- only a little.

Solo was abrupt but it was nice. With a bit more attention to mixing, some more low end, etc., this track would be flawless. Some reverb here and there and a second look at volume levels and compression would fix a lot of the issues here.

Great work!

I'm aware of the lag issue, I don't really find what that is, I record in Reaper, and I oftend find, that after recording, I have to move the track like, 7ms, so it's sync'd with the other instruments, Thanks for the review, I'll have in mind what you told me.

Thanks so much!

Very nice! I may not be a fan of Rock/Metal songs but I like this a lot. I've got nothing much to say, but good job! It sounds awesome. ^^
