Well done, mate! I loved the whole series. Ahhh I love the bass... Specially since the new sound system from Christmas. I love it. Dude, continue with your work. And what program do you use?

"I'm absolutely amazed!"

I honestly can not believe I never found this brilliant collection of movements in all the time I've been here on Newgrounds until now. This review encompasses all 6 movements of your entire Commando suite:

Each individual movement is very successful in allowing me to visualize an entire scenario in my own mind as well as experience the emotional feel of the music as it played in real time. I am not factoring age or quality of software or instrumentation in this, you really did a splendid job with instrumentation and implementation! I'm no composer, so I really can't get technical with specifying what components were perfect and what needed work. Although if this were Website Development, I could. ;)

On a side note, I was rather disheartened when I noticed the scores of this Suite and the fact that each movement has less than 20 votes after all this time as of this review. I did my best to make sure the scores reflect the quality of work here a little more. Just so you know you now have another watcher, and you have a folder on my hard drive dedicated to you. I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future! :)

Author's Response:

Woooo... thanks a lot man... this review means a LOT to me. I'm really happy that I've achieved my aims at you with this music. To be honest I've had a lot of work with this. But every review I've reciewed for them made me clear that was worth making it. I'not complaining about the scores and the number of the reviews. If at least one person writes that he liked it, it was worth submitting it.

Thanks for all of your efforts made for me. I really appreciate that!

"Wow"

Im very impressed. This part reminded me kind of "We Were Sodiers" especially the beginning. This saga made me see an entire movie in my head, and I have to say, the movie is awesome.

"Flawless and moving..."

This fantastic series of yours reminds me of an awesome movie called Sniper, as well as a book I read recently; Flight of the Eisenstien, which is all about betrayal and the opening of a horrific war on a galactic scale.

I will check out the rest of your music here on NG, keep up the great work! :)

Author's Response:

Wow... thanks! I'm glad you liked my series and it made remind you on movies and books. I'm glad you liked it and thanks for your attention!

"coming home..."

date: March 4, 2007

The soldiers rest as the helicopter rushed them from the battlefield. As they lean back covered in dirt grim and blood they reflect on everything that had happened to them over the past little while. Some of their friends are going home with a flag drapped over them to their mourning families, while those left behind still have a chance to get home where their own families await their return.
Thank you very much for this great 6 piece song. It has found a special place in my heart for its meaning, and a great tribute to soldiers.

Author's Response:

It's a really good feeling for me that I could make such songs and that you found them good.

And I must thank YOU for your global attention, comments and reviews for all 6 tracks. This means a lot for me.
