In this webisode, my dad and I talk about Summerhill School, one of the oldest alternative schools in the world! In addition to this, Dad talks a little about his teaching experience. I also talk a bit about my learning experience. This was WAY before the Rotten Core Standards were entered into education.

We both encourage you to leave comments or questions in your reviews!

Here's the Summerhill School website: http://www.summerhillschool.co.uk/

About John Dewey: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Dewey

My dad, myself, Anita Hoge, and Beverly K. Eakman are all for a major reform in education in which no privacies are violated, and no parents would feel alienated and frustrated in having no rights to educate their own children. Academics and learning USEFUL, beneficial subjects over behavior modification and INDOCTRINATION!

The teachers shouldn't be brainwashed by change agents who manipulate/brainwash teachers on how to teach their dumb-down collectivist curriculum...

Hopefully soon, we'll discuss about this French school. That ought to be interesting, yeah?

Your Dad made a damn good point referencing "Lord of the flies"
We humans as children are still in a savage, incomplete, larva state.
In order to achieve "civilization", guidance of experience people and a solid structure and discipline is needed, no way around it.

I know, right? He's one of the smartest people I know! :) My Dad says, "We're the two wheels to your axis."
