This song is based off of the Kishin from Soul Eater.
For those that don't know, Soul Eater is an anime and in it is a character called Asura.
Asura consumed human souls and became a Kishin, the source of all madness. His madness spread and infected the world.
This song is supposed to express the increasing madness.
