*EDIT* this song has been 2009 remastered to sound as it should have in 2004 had I had the skills then that I have now :) - enjoy!

and yes the size is massive and I don't feel like VBRing it down - its like 400 kbps - you want it smaller - either chop it up or vbr it yourself :P

Nice work, though I don't like the harps. doesn't sound right to me with all of the synthetic sounds going on.

Chronamut responds:

Very nice

I find this tune to be very well done, and its incredibly soothing. Although I have to ask in your author comments you mention there being a 2009 remastered version, but I didn't see it on your list. I was curious as if there was a way to listen to it, as I would love to hear it.

Chronamut responds:

that IS the 2009 remastered version haha - I have the old version on my computer somewhere but you really don't want to listen to it hahaha..

thanks for the review!

Reverb, much?

Wow, what a way to make a great source sound incomprehensible. Tone down the reverb, buddy - it gets in the way of the music.

Arrangements-wise, it's spot on, so great work on that. The samples are not too bad, either, but it's extremely messy because of the room effects. It just sounds like soup. Looking past that, I can tell that the dynamic work could be varied up, as well, since you seem to be going for a more majestic effect. Dynamic work makes a decent arrangement into a great arrangement, so don't overlook it.

I would love to hear this cleaned up and reposted, though, since the body of it is quite nice. The bells and choir is a nice combination, and I can hear this track being very nice.

I seem harsh, but I'm trying to help you out, here - it has potential, but I don't see it sticking to the front page without some adjustment.

Chronamut responds:

lol 6 year old song.

and yeah I suppose the reverb is a bit much.. but I like reverb :P

thanks for the review!
