Electronic - Video Game

Author Comments

A simple slow and ambient theme, would be good for a mildly creepy video game.

I like it, and evidently so did the SFB.

Very nicely done, AA. It works very well for what it is -- a BGM track.

I'm really digging the sustain on the strings. They build very nice tension. The harp adds an element of confusion. And the piano in the background adding hits adds even more to the tension.

Overall, a very nice track.

P.S.: I figure I owe ya' a couple of reviews on your work, since you've reviewed mine so long ago. I'm really slow getting on top of reviewing. :P

Whoa, I didn't expect the SFB to use my piece, and I didn't expect a review from you. Thanks for all the praise!

i don't get scared much

but this sent shivers down my spine.
it did, and i am downloading it because of that fact.

TheAmateurAnimator responds:

Yeah, this was mostly a practice in eerie tremolo strings, an I think the part at the end where they overpower the harp is the most chilling.

Well defined and executed

In the composing of this piece, you seem as though you knew exactly what you wanted to hear. Just listening to this, I feel I can see what you were seeing that gave you this inspiration.

While this is a simple piece, simplicity in music is never a bad thing if it is done under the right circumstances.

Great work.
