This sounds like something very dirty nitty gritty, kinda like aphex twin or NiN i guess, but more melodic with the bassline? The volume is a bit loud and clips, and you should add a compressor on top of that, cause its almost way too loud. I wouldn't be too sure if this would be under the goth genre, but then again, theres nothing else you could put this in eh? I can hear the distant guitar FL sample, which makes the sound a bit cliche, but overall, a well arranged track.
