You have outclassed many others with the magnitude of your songs, I am deeply impressed at how well you have constructed this and I am anxious for more! This is very motivating and I will be sure to listen to it every day. Outstanding job!

I have to say, Maestro, you have outdone yourself. You are practically the Juggernaut of the music of Newground's Classical music.

-Best of luck,

"A moving piece"

date: September 7, 2007

This one stirs a feeling inside as well. It is not profound, not brazen, but it is there. It resides, and waits, biding it's time to shine. Very good. For my story...

A boy marches along with his fellows, endless ranks extend to the horizon. They look the same, act the same, hide who they really are behind false actions. This boy stops suddenly, and looks around himself. He whispers softly to himself "What have I become? Where have I gone? What has happened?" He looks down at his hands, then puts them to his face. "This is not who I am. This is not what I was meant to be!" He begins to remove the mask, a new person shines through, his true self. He shines like a beacon among the others, spreading the light to the ones around him, they begin to question themselves as well. Each one in turn begins to remove the mask, to overcome their own fears and to be themselves, show themselves to the real world. A new day has dawned on their world, and they are the sculptors of their own futures, not someone else. They are the ones who make their decisions, not the ones around them. They are free.

That is what comes to me form this song. Thank you for another wonderful piece.

Author's Response:

that is a wonderful story Link1243. Though seeing the light of others, there are some who feel jealous that they would do that. Mock them, tear at them, tell them to put their masks back on, for they liked them better like that.

To be yourself, and I mean, REALLY yourself, is a courage that I too do not have. A rare and powerful spirit could dare venture forward like that. It's true, sometimes, hiding is best, but to be able to stop hiding when you want, that is a real strength.

Sorry for the rant, and the super delayed response!

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!
