You make the melancholy stand out with the flute and the piano, with the drums on the background for an army-like feel. It really transmits the message. It's also great to listen to.

"What can I imagine, you ask?"

I imagine a soldier in my place: his best friend is dead, so he joins the army to try and get rid of emotion, only to realize that killing becomes an addiction, like crack, only worse. When I first heard my best friend died, I felt like taking my bedroom door, ripping it off the hinges, and throwing it across the hallway.

to me this put an picture in my mind of troops coming home from a war they "won" after they lost freainds in the war only to realise there was no realy victory for there losses
