the fourth track in the sumirs3cjams project! This one's a long one, so extra kudos to you if you listen through all of it. This piece has a jazzier flair to the backing loop and soloing, including the rolled off guitar tone and interesting chord progression. The glossier delay and reverb FX and rock riffs makes the tune overall one to be put in the fusion genre this week, I think. Take a ride in your sports car of choice across Venice Beach, and I hope to see you next week.

Not really sure what a car garage would be doing in Venice. i thought they were no roads? Then again, I can appreciate the irony in the name.

Overall, the song itself started to get a little repetitive eventually, but there was enough variation on top of the loop to keep me into it. Well-crafted song, well done.

lol! not Venice, Italy, but Venice, California. I agree, this track could use a change in the backing loop here and there, especially for eight minutes. Glad you like it though, thanks for the review!

It was pretty long. Feels like the kind of music that's nice to have playing in the background, but if you try to actively analyze it it gets that mono tone. :) Seems like a background loop and improvised overlay is your habit lately? Makes for some pretty mellow; groovy tunes. Soft; somber sound too. Nice work.

yep, that's what sumirs3cjams is all about!! Record a riff on my effects pedal (max is 20 seconds unfortunately) and just let it loop and improvise over the top. Thanks for the review! may try and do a format that's a little different this week.
