My father recently had surgery to remove a cancer from his mouth. His sinus, nasal, and oral areas were literally carved from the inside. He now has a metal piece inside of him which fills the gaps created from the surgery. Food gets caught in it sometimes, and he must remove and clean it regularly.

He's more or less bedridden... refusing pain killers... and awaiting results from his bone sample to learn if the cancer had spread to his nerves. If they have he will need radiation.

This loops really well in GB... but awfully on NG.

I'm sorry about your father. Let's hope that things turn out for the best.
This track is really well done. I love ambient music, myself, and this sure is some great ambient music. Good job!

I'm really sorry about your father... Although, this really sounds depressing. I think at some points, you got far with the effects. The thing is: you started with silent melody, and you expanded it to the point when it turned into a pure noise. I don't know was that planned, but i can't give more than 4 stars on this one.

Thanks. Next time i'll take more time recording what will help the song instead of relying on GB effects to make anything I play work. I could have re-recorded the percussion or even smoothed out the guitar recordings to have the mix play better. I used the first percussion recording I gave and was working out a lot of dissonance with GB. Next time i'll make cleaner recordings that sound better together instead of competing with each other.
