a lullaby

nice is the word here i feel...
was one of the tracks that we put forward when we went for that ITV shitpiece dragons den ripoff... richard g the mouth groves seemed to like it tho.
dunno, is alright, one of the few tracks i've ever done that was fairly subtle, something that seems to elude the majority of my works. the later section with the 'wave too...' vox is pretty lush

You are my favourite audio artist

Really, this is the most pleasing music I have ever heard on this site.

I <3 the contrast between the glitchy beats and the smooth vocals. Awesome job.

I would seriously buy yor record if you ever made one.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

Im impressed with this piece. When it first started up, I was wondering what an odd beat for a lullaby. Then when the vocals came in, my whole thought proccess changed. They were very beautiful vocals with a nice guitar sound accompaning it. It had nice but odd bass, with off tune notes which gave a bit of character. Then again with the strange drumbeat for this type of song, but seemed perfect at the same time.

Well... I have no advice to give to you, so good job.

A review back would be appreciated^_^

really is a great track mate. the beat is really sweet, the opening guitar and vocal really chill you out. i thought it would have carried on but it didnt, and the way it went is cool, with the added beats short jazz rhodes and bass with the xylophone style notes, really sweet. Back into the opening vocal part again, i really like that vocal just swooning with the tune, it reminds me of a band, but i can't remember who, quality track tho mate. the double tracking really emphasises the vocal lines too. the production is spot on too, clean, crisp and clear. nothing is too heavy or to quiet. u must have a really good mic and vocal plugins. cracking tune yet again mate, you should attempt to garner some air play for this little beauty. try god of the pod yet again. or send it in to zane lowe for the evening session. get it out there.

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

nice1 pitters,
production is alright on this, i think i've gone of the vocals already as per usual but there u go.
just used an SM58, no frills with various random vst fx on my compoooter.
as for air play...
anyhoo thanks for ur continued listening, vocals for rockabilly will be forthcoming for better or worse

A bit too rythmed and fast-paced to be a real lullaby. However, i do like the background melody and the choir. Was that friends of yours? Well, sorry if can't say more. I'm fucking tired and i had such a tiring day at "work", lol!

snoballandthmonyshot responds:

haha, i had the day off sick today, hense this track... my friends, i have no friends, this is all me baby, i just grabbed my balls and thought of neverland:/
