I dont know if it's just me, but i just love Rap/Hip-Hop instrumentals that have melody's. Your's doesnt really have one, but i can easily notice that with what you just did, you can come up with something great, the bass sounded good to me even tho the sounds that create some kinda "melody" wasnt great at all.

Try mixing up some good sounds, come up with a good idea for a good melody, take your time, and i can assure you that the next time you come around, it'll be 5 all the way and especially from me.

And remember... im not hating or dissing, simply saying what i "think" you could do, and actually im 100% sure you can come up with some hella good stuff.
