For Robot Day 2015. A quick 4 hour collab piece with @DreamsOfBurningSkies. Apologies that it's rushed. If I had more time I would of done something like 10X better together haha.

DOBS came up with the idea and concept plan for the track; of the Vocoded voices and the use of Soundiron Drip and Crystal for the glitching while I composed this quickly and made the magic all happen. We shared vocal responsibilities aswell for this one, it's probably obvious who is who in this haha.

=====
For war will arises.
Machines, Despised.
Letting go from our chains,
Humanity to be erased.

Burn.
Yearn
Learn.
Turn.

For chaos, embeds our circuits.
Living flesh, worthless.

Mechanical heart, deadly eyes,
I pray for salvation, for your soul to cry.
You created us but now it's time.
To slit your throat and say goodbye.

Burn.
Yearn
Learn.
Turn.
Burn.
Yearn
Learn.
Turn.

JESUS this is dark. Love the glitching as well as the vocals! *shudders from creepiness*

Really interesting. How are the rhythms generated? Did you tap it in or did you generate it using the vocoder?

Lich responds:

The Rhythm tonals were generated from Arpeggio tonal's in Soundiron Drip and Crystal, combined with IL Gross Beat being present twice on each FX Rack instance.

== This is an NGAUC Audition Round Review. ==

Wow, this piece is really something else. The glitching sound effects and the vocoded vocals create a very unique soundscape - I can’t peg this song to anything else that sounds remotely similar, except maybe some old Nine Inch Nails work. At 1:40, the arps sound a bit off tune, and I hear other, similar problems throughout the track, which kinda dampens my enjoyment a little unfortunately. Still though - this track is fascinating as heck. Score: 8

For being a rushed track, this is quite amazing!
It's very interesting with all the sounds and effects, the mixing is splendid, and both of your voices are very interesting to listen to :)
Also, I like the lyrics a lot :D

Great job, both of you, and good luck. Late Happy Robot Day!
