This is only the beginning.
But just as you are many - I am but one.
And I am weak.
It was a dark dream, and I have been sleeping for way too long.
My spirit grew weak, my mind soft and fragile.
The one who is not me, now rules the land.
And he is growing stronger. Even as we speak.
At this moment of my story - I cannot overthrone him.
My world used to be beautiful.. And full of life. And balance.
But for centuries I have been rejecting my hate. My madness.
Burrowing it deeply, at the bottom of my existence.

Eskalion is my name, but you also have to find his.

it's called prose, rght? yeah, I used to write too... but, the spark left me a long time ago. I can't even write right now. I hurt myself thinking and writing and working so hard for so long, so now, it's three years in the dark valley for me. Which I appreciate! ;) more fodder for writing later wahaha.

You have a great deal of ability when it comes to poetry; your word choice is so fitting to to the intensity of the character and their eminence. I'm always impressed by your talent, and the way this explains the objective of the game so well.

Actually, 15 years ago I did have wrote and self-published a small tome of poetry. But in polish language only. I still write them from time to time. I am just not skilled enough in english to translate them. Thank you Morden!
