This is my N.I.M entry stage music
art:
http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/shammiemaa/martial-artist

200% repetive & adjusted for loopin in levels

Chosing type was difficult, at first I realy wanted to try GAME OVER sad mega epic drama, but then I thought that I wouldn't probably get enought dedication for the track to finish it. Then I thought that maybe I could make something to corespond with shammiemaa's art because that guy is currently my number one fav artist!

I like to imagine that while that badass cyber monk shuffles around the level, he's rekting enemies with style and... my music.

I agree with what Lech said, i loved that music from that game, was a fun game, the last one I mean. The is really hard hitting and energetic in a good way. I only wish it would pick up even more, it's a bit repetitive which gets old, not much to the melody but I do like the ambiance and energy. It's a great start, but more could be added to the melody. Too repetitive, but great so far.

I'm glad you liked it ;)

I designed it as a track that isn't supposed to steal your affection from the rest of the game, its made to simply be there and help the gameplay to make u feel badass.

Repetitiveness comes from my own philosophy that some types of level background music should remain relatively static I'm still figuring out whether thats good or bad idea. ;)

I tried playing warframe while listening to it and the repetiteveness there wasn't reaky an issue. The track supplements the fun without robbing you off your focus that you need in a shooter game like that.

Add some extra Sub-Bass to it and a tiny bit of glitching in random spots and I can envision this being in an Extreme-G game (if they ever made one again!)

Favorites da track goes!
