A happy little DnB loop. Playing with formant and some busy percussion, plus a djembe drum sample. From my album, Popsicle.

the track sounds muffled, kinda like droopy, you should bring the percussion out and give it a pop.

interesting synths, honestly, i love the glitches too, the track just doesn't sound right, it's off. do you have any filters on your drum loops? you need to make you drums stand out, give them a little signature.

also, pan the drums to the left and the right, you don't have to have everything right in the smack middle. give some variation bro.

ADR3-N responds:

Thanks for the review. Part of the muffled sound is from a high pass filter on the drums at some points, and I probably should have made the kick a little more distinct. It's not the usual gritty sample I use, sitting on subby frequencies instead. I'll admit I really did let percussion slip this time around, focusing instead on the weird little synths (theremin, dulcimer/harpsichord, etc.)
