Want me to make a song for you like this? Check out my website: http://www.flareheartstudio.com/catalog

It took a while for this one, I'll admit. I haven't made a jazz song in a long time, and rarely have, so it was to have the variation in my song catalog for a change. It is a theme for Snivy Somnia's youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/SnivySomnia
Enjoy!

I love they different rhythms intertwining with the focus on the main instrument being the sax and piano. I can see quite a lot of potential in you being a great composer.

Hey, this sounds great! It's so well done compositionally. The progressiveness in this song that isn't all that present in most jazz music is what makes me really enjoy it. Most of your samples sound pretty good! Well, there's the unrealisticness of the piano and drums, but that's been criticized enough. Also, more bass and low mids would make it sound even better. It's great that you're able to write awesome stuff like this in your time of financial difficulty. :( With work like this, hopefully, you'll be able to get back on top soon! Great job.

Swingin! Even though it's jazz, I can sense some video game influence in the track. Good thing since your client happens to have a channel focused mainly on video games. :) I would like to second what LSD said in his review about the piano, except that I also think that they are just a smidge too loud in the mix for a jazz track. I'm assuming you wanted them to be the main focus in the track, but maybe you can ease off the compression a little bit or something?

RealFaction responds:

Ahhhh I see. Thanks! I'm not used to making jazz but have a couple times in the past.

Wow! This is really cool o.O
You've got great chords, melodies, harmonies and rhythms going on here! The intruments are nice. If I had to complain about anything, it'd be that the volume levels for the separate notes seem to be pretty unchaning for the piano, and this doesn't feel humanized. That's just my opinion though.
Either way, this is awesome.
Added to my favorites for sure :3

thanks! This took a couple of weeks, much longer than usual, it was challenging with the client's request, though I wanted it to be mostly different throughout as far as structure goes. Ahh I see, something to think about. Thanks!
