You do a good job of capturing a wide cast of characters, and your voice is definitely pleasing on the ears, but I felt like you fell a bit short in being able to demonstrate much emotion convincingly. Try to add a bit more variation to your inflection when you read lines; it'll give your scenes a much more organic feeling rather than like you're simply reading a script.

All in all, though, solid audio quality, and I did enjoy what I heard so far. Keep up the good work.
