I've been working on this song with advice from my friend Legatus RJ. This is my first serious work and I am happy with the outcome. I'm working on remastering it, but as it is; I am satisfied.
I tried to stray away from the typical form of a dubstep song, and I got a lot of inspiration from the 25th Anniversary arrangement of this song. There is a long melodious build up, which is where I started, and the rest of the song was derived from. It turned into it's own monster and went wild. ((:

OKAYSSSSSSSSSSS first off i just started a remix of this song :p now for the review~~~
sounds like
0-08 kick needs to be changed to give more punch
0-24 leads not loud enough
0-30 both leads mix dont mix and sound to plane/
0-39 the sounds dont fit well here to much things happening
0-57 drops good pads sound to loud (or intros to quite more likely)
2-00 really long work up its nice but long the kicks herehave a prob where they dont mix well with the bass
you should put them in a mixer if not already there add a peak controler then on ur pads add something like a lbp and automate the mixing of the lbp to the peak of the peak controler
this will quite the pads when the kicks hit and if u tune it right so its just the bass it gives ur kicks alot more punch over overlying bass should be done with most stuff can also use this trick to make gate ish sounding parts
2-23 sounds like there is a off note
2 37 needs more of a break of emptyniss
2 40 parts dont have flow here needs rythem over all guitar sounds are nice
325 lfo gated sounds sound like they want to go higher pitch but are stoped
3 40 random much ? not sure whats with this part or how it links to the pad parts agen
430 im at the point of confuseon of the random sounds :p and the how i got here it sounds like i went to next another song :p
alot of nice sounds threwout the song and alot of lil stuffs wrong with it :p hope this helps and if u wanna know how to do anything i use fl also with hd nexus and ni massive

WOW thanks for the great feedback, extremely specific. As I said I am learning and most of that and the abbreviations you are using i dont know what they stand for. i use FL studio with Harmor mainly, and could use a little bit more experiance. Everything is on the mixer board. Most everything is eq'ed on the mixer as well. Message me this was A LOT of help.

Very nice! Especially for something you would consider your first serious work. I really love the buildup right around 1:00 and continuing to the 2:40 mark. The drop is fucking wonderful, the bass feels very distorted and alive, and the higher pitched synths that hold the main melody of the song contrast it very nicely. The whole song is a very nice balance between tense buildups and relieving breakdowns. All in all a fucking wonderful remix of an amazing song. Keep up the good work!
