Beatstrumental brought to you by WarSpawn

This was written and recorded for the big Summer '13 Cypher featuring basically the dream team (til I was added, severely crippling the project with mediocrity)...

About 10 of HDC's most popular emcees committed to the project, War Spawn did up the beat, and away it went. And we waited... and waited and waited and screw it I'm done waiting this thing was like 2 summers ago and I'm uploading it sons.

Oh and someone confirm or deny this please, but regarding my very last line on this cypher verse: The more I hear it, the more I feel like I inadvertently spit something that's been spit before. Like, I think I've heard that "through the roof to the floor dead" line before, and only after recording and listening to this has it been brought forward from the dark recesses of my memory.

Or maybe not. Anyway whatever lemme know what you think of this 8 bar rhymestravaganza.

It's a shame that some things never see the light of day in the circle.

This sounds like it would have been a dope drop in a cypher.

Onto bigger and better things though.

Looking forward to hearing more from you in the coming weeks Teq!

There are so many punchlines that have already been used that it's not uncommon for rappers to use each other's punches even by accident. I haven't heard it before, but you're right, it does sound a bit generic.

Even so you've got a nice flow.
