Hehe, ok...to teh song. First off all the drums are a tad too loud compared to the guitars, I would mix them a bit in the background and eq the crashes a bit.
This time you panned twice and your guitar tone was better. In one part you panned a bit strange, something like L23 and R90?? (Just guessing) It was ok, but a bit strange to listen to.

hahah thanks dude! I know about the strange panning, but it sounded better like that during the mixing...
