Ah, Team Rocket, the incompetent Evil which I loved to watch blast off Time and Again.
Now for the Music itself: You have a very good Start with this one (or, I suppose I ought to say, have arranged the start very well) — it is strong, engaging, and really drew me in and made me want to know where you would go. I suppose the Title is something of a Spoiler, since this is, as far as I can tell, very faithful to the Original, and Fidelity is something which, more often than not, I prefer. All the Notes seem to be in their proper Places (it might surprise you how many 'divergent' Fan Remixes there are — I have encountered misplaced or missing Notes in several Arrangements of Diantha's Battle Music, which is something I hope you will try if you have it in you to take on another Kalos Battle Theme), and none strike me as sour. The File itself seems to have a small Problem, in that it cuts off around 2:15 and then continues on for a few Seconds of Silence. This does not really affect my Review, however.
Overall, another good one. The Style does diverge considerably from the Original (which it probably ought to do, since the Original was for an 8-Bit Game), but it is still clearly and recognisably the same Piece of Music, and I would battle Pokémon to it.
This has been an enormous Wall of Text. This is Albert Clare, signing out.
