Track made in 5 hours for The Bells of Atlantis, a game for the NG Game Jam 10.

Check out the other people who contributed to the game!

That was a fun experience. I should do this more. The goal here was to make a really ethereal and deep sound. As such, not many highs. Might be a bit of mud in the mixing as well, but whatever. I think it's still pretty good for the short amount of time.

Experimented with glitches and delays as well, which was great.

Definitely reminds me of Assassins Creed 2 soundtrack entitled "Tour of Venice" Especially the piano melodies. I Loved this. <3 +Adding you to my favorite artists list. Now to go back to all your previous submission and listen to them. :)

SkyeWint responds:

Oh hello there.

Glad you like it! I hope you'll find my previous submissions to your liking as well :)

The clicky sounds are weird as heck and kind of jar with the atmosphere imo. I really like the muted piano or whatever at :20 though. Pretty cool atmosphere.

SkyeWint responds:

The clicks were somewhat of an experiment, I suppose. Some of the clicks sounded bubbly to me, which is why I kept them. The other one, which is part of the background percussion (heavily reverbed at the start), I can see how that could interrupt. In retrospect I kinda want to remove it.

Sounds pretty good! Reminds of the old Donkey Kong water music.

SkyeWint responds:

Hey, thanks! I haven't actually heard the old Donkey Kong water music. I'll have to look it up to see what you mean. :)
