Of all my music, the old <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/544241">Zodiacal Contention</a> would hang around my head, prodding at me to mess with it. I've been playing with it, testing new plug ins on it, to see what I liked and what I didn't.
To be honest, it feels like something is missing. What? I don't know. Some kind of background noise, I think. Maybe some build up? Or less of such? A drop? I'm still figuring it out, but any suggestions are welcome. I'll be tweaking it some more. Maybe I'll find the thing that ties it all together and upload a final version. Until then, here's the redux.

So with all the tests you have done I think it came out very well and I like the style here and if it's missing anything at all it may be as you mentioned some build up maybe some fade out beforehand but besides that this was a brilliant audio and glad you suggested this to the audio portal and once again this was fantastic at best so keep up the great work and I look forward to even more

I can't pinpoint that missing thing either, but compared to the old one it seems to have undergone some pretty huge improvements! I love the solo towards the end especially; for a while I really immerse myself in the music there. The beat intensifying in bursts is a nice touch, as is that quicker beat in the background, and the quality seems much softer than earlier, Maybe a bassline that doesn't follow the beat could give the track an additional boost? Or some additional synth or similar instrument that plays at a slower speed than the main one? It sounds good though, nice work!
