I like where this is going. I like the kick you have, it really had me hooked for the first part of the song. Overall it seems to be missing some layers, especially somewhere along the part starting after 01:22. The percussion should have some claps and snares that compliment the kick a little more and fill in a little bit of the song. Also it would be really sweet to hear some higher pitched synth doing some riff like frosting on top or star drizzle (I don't know how else to put). It needs a little more variation to keep the song fresh I think.

Hope this helps. Like I said, I like where you are going with this. You build and lower the synths well and they play nice with each other. It does seem a bit like dance more than techno (but I'm not exactly sure how techno works either I guess).
