This is the first track that is part of the Newgrounds Audio Legacy -- a musical project in which I orchestrate and rearrange users' best songs in the audio portal. Please read my newspost in my userpage for more information. All composed by ear.

I will begin working on the next song soon. This is not easy.

I really love your arrangement of this piece. It sounds like one of those battle themes you hear when fighting a boss battle. I thought of reminiscing old games and videos I used to play. The theme for Rose Inn was always stuck in my head and I though of replaying Memohuntress which lead me to here. I'm happy that the creator found his religion, but I'm sad he took down his creations. Oh well, good job of keeping some remnant of his work alive.

Heard this for the first time on Stamper's video "Cool Show: Time Travel." truly amazing stuff right here. It's everything I've wanted to hear in an epic scene. I've been trying to make some epic-genre style chip tune/videogame music. You got any tips or advice on how to get started? Like, do you come up with the melody first, or the beat?

Bosa responds:

I don't do much chiptune stuff, but I usually come up with a song in my head and then I get to work making it a reality. Most of the time though the music ends up completely different than my original plan, but that's how it always goes. Thank you for your interest in the music and good luck to you!

You have Immense talent! All orchestrated by ear? Wonderful, but quick question what DAW do you use? and whats your recommended VST for creating orchestral pieces? I have always made electronic music because I lacked the skill to make other types, although I can rock a Piano pretty hard they tend to be expensive. Anyway great song

Thank you!

As far as VSTi goes, if you're ready to move on from soundfonts then you can start with something simple -- EWQL Symphonic Orchestra. I highly recommend it as you pretty much have everything you need if you're starting out.

I use a combination of VSTi and recording my own instruments sometimes, and I have learned to use every resource that is available to create the best sound. This song is rather aged compared to what I will be producing soon, so I am always trying to progress if I can.

I know that opinions can be diverse and all... But anyone trying down voting the note of this song, don't deserve to have his human ears. I think. :/ Honestly.
