Melancholic melodies with glitchy drums for contrast. This is mostly experimental.

I love the warmth of your instruments, but your drums... I feel like they should be very crisp in contrast, but they have the same muddy tone. The cello sounding synth is too loud. It sounds a little messy in the mix too. The mix issue could just be because of all the issues I mentioned though.

Another issue I have is that I find this song to be pretty happy sounding. Not getting any melancholy, man.

Otherwise, it's an alright song. From this I could see you doing something really cool.

This is pretty cool stuff man! I actually liked the contrast of the "hard" drums with the soft melody. Maybe some eq to cut some low end to brighten it up a bit, it sounded a little "flat" but that could be what your going for idk. Other than that i thought it was a pretty chill track, I can dig the Aphex Twin influence. Keep up the music :)

Tis good.

I do find it to be a bit jarring at times though. I do like the underlying melody, but I find the bass lines to undermine it a bit. They are too rough for a melody that sounds this soft and thoughtful.

Perhaps you should make a calmer version.

Thanks, I'm still learning to compose, this was probably one of my milestones in that process, In the upcoming songs I'm most likely going to do calm(er) ones like the undone song "Katica". In this one I tried how will it come out if i put a soft melody under raw drums like Aphex Twin did in one of his songs. I'm pretty much inspired by him...

I like this a lot. Reminds me of David Wohls work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZY1D-keaRE4 very experimental. Maybe push the melody further. the one used in the beginning. I think it could be more interesting and even more experimental if you pushed the drum breaks and beats beyond that standard motif (the reoccurring beat...) Bravo.
