Hey, Newgrounds!!!

This song eventually came together. The speed change is something I haven't attempted until now and I'll try to fine tune my skills with that in songs later on. Also, I'll say the style of this song is something new to me as well.

Man, 2014 is off and running. January is already over! We'll see what the rest of the year has in store for me, as well as other artist here.

Enjoy!!!

Hey bro. I see why you wanted me to listen to this one. This is much different than what myself and other people who listen to you are accustomed to. I'm glad that you took a risk like that. It shows that you're ready for more challenging stuff.
For your first stint at this. it's not half bad. Like Volcan said, it does need some fine-tuning, which is understandable. Going slower is decent. I think if you elongated the slowing down by a measure, it'll be better. I agree with Volcan on the looping back to the faster tempo. One thing I can say positive though is that I'm glad you went slow instead of fast on the time change. I can't see this going faster than how you started. It would have been too mushy.
Keep trying that though. Might become a master at it. Btw, think you could put some more bass in it? I was kind of waiting for that. :)

Glad to see you experimenting with other themes and ideas! I could definitely see this to be a theme to something that was once thriving but is now run down.
My first listen through I wasn't quite sure what I thought of the tune as a whole but listening through a few more times I realized that in the end this one could really grow on me. I do think that however the loop back to the faster tempo could be executed a lot better. Keep up the good work, I'm sure you'll work it out. I think this will turn out to be a good year for you. ^^
