This is an excerpt from my song "A Curious Encounter." I didn't know how to fit this part into the song, so here it is as a short piece because I enjoyed making this part.
I only used "Vln + Vla Articulations" in Symphobia 2 to make it.
P.S. the little buzzy sounds are from the actual recordings being played. If you've never played a violin or such before, the instrument's strings 'buzz' from time to time whilst being played.

Not a loop, just putting it as such so the song will play automatically.

It all sounds a bit cluttered but thats mostly because of the fortissimo in the second half.
But theres also a lingering note that i dont see appropriate on the bassline there.
All in all i cant say its composition is interesting to me but its still above average. True Orchestral classical music isnt easy.

I like the chords you use. Really elegant choice. However the velocity/volume of the string is too over powered comparing to the brass.

Good one.

You're very right. I was using new software for the first time at the time. I was using a combinator patch (violins, violas and brass staccato) and it wouldn't let me adjust the velocity of the brass without also adjusting the velocity of the violins and violas. It was only until like a week ago that I realized "Oh, my goodness... I am SO stupid... I could have just exported the violin notes in one song file and then done another export of only the brass notes, but adjusted the master volume just before exporting the brass." ROFL I'll probably re-upload this very soon. I mean, it's such an easy adjustment to do, I cannot believe I didn't think of it in the first place, stinky brain. :'(
Thank you for the review, Elitistinen! :)

Very nice little loop. I actually think the buzzing sounds are a positive addition. They give your strings a more realistic sound, thus adding emphasis to the emotion and grandeur of the piece. Keep up the good work!
