Solid minimal, rather hard (which I like), plus arousing female vocals. I especially enjoyed the intro with that nice clicking noise. It's like.. spinning a red Faden through the whole Musikst├╝ck. I guess it may be a bit too repetitive for the average 14 year old NG user, though

Well you heard the audience, i've crossed the red line with all this clicking rather then spun it :D

This lady sounds erotic and looks the part too, if you're into people with multicoloured hair, i for one was lusting to use her since i first heard her demos.

Her retailer finally put up some freebie samples with a cc licence so i took the liberty of using one of those, the others were a bit too melodramatic for my taste and this already has an ominous title.

I can't please everyone all the time :3

I dunno...That clicking noise for like........over a minute maybe not the best intro, but hey if that's what makes you happy. Once the other sounds come in it definitely sounds better. I like the Formant (I think that's the right term) synth around the 2:20 mark.

theeketel responds:

I had a lot of fun working on this actually, the formant sounding synth is really a hihat arp/sequence patch i found digging through the over nine thousand presets of predator.

The basic sound was pretty lame so i disabled the white noise oscillator and switched the two sine oscillators for a harmonic one and a saw respectively.

Stil not entirely content with what that resulted in but convinced it could be interesting i twiddled with the filters a bit and i hooked the synth up to a downsampler and modulated the downsampling rate.

Now it sounded interesting but as a result was rendered next to inaudible in the mix, so i slapped on a compressor to give it more presence which had the surprise benefit of giving it, um, sparkle?

Yeah some sparkle.

If i ever attempt something like this again i'll need more tappy/clicky top end sounds, they're kind of a big thing in this genre or so i noticed.
