My opinion is pretty basic, If lyrics could fit within the song then a electronic song is house, Otherwise I think this would be classified as techno mind you its a really good trance sounding techno but, still in my opinion its not house, its not trance its techno because lyrics can't fit into those beats and it's not trance sounding enough.
