This is the short curtain call music I composed for the Capital Fringe Festival show "Dance of the Wasp and Spider" that played while we took our bows.
The play itself got inspiration from the recent shootings that have happened like Sandy Hook. It told the story of a college-bound young man whose mother suspected him of becoming the next shooter and investigated a plethora of reasons why someone might spiral into this sort of psychological madness.
I already gave a huge review in regards to the 10 minute piece very similar to this. Both are great compositions, but I'm going to keep this review short!
First of all I hope your play went well, as these pieces show a great bit of quality, and I quite love them. Funny thing is that I like the way this short piece ended far more then that long introductory piece!
Anyways. Great work Zip. I look forward to more!
