Again another work in progress from myself. Used three seperate drum tracks on this, some nice strings and horns with a bit of guitar and synth thrown in as well. I will be adding in some lead guitar and enhancing the string section signifcantly. I'm really looking for feedback on the track as it stands now so your comments would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

oh dear, looks like you're joining me in the wip club.
I don't think there is a problem with pace here maybe just roll back the cymbals in that little section. the horns sound amazing. really nice pallet of sound overall. I dig the double bass pedal bits.

Cheers mate, I have indeed banged out plenty of WIP's, ones that never get finished. I have loads of ideas for this, really wont to go epic on this just need to sit and spend time with it. I've been using Kontact for my strings and horns, fiendish programme.

Compared to the rest of the track, the drums feel off. From the start on, and at the 40-50 second mark, when they increase in beats, it feels like they are going to fast.
This is probably due to the constant soft yet significant enough cymbal strikes.
Still great though

pitbulljones responds:

Thanks for the review Matich. With regard to the drums how would you change them to make them fit the track better? Is it just the samples themselves?
