This piece really was the clash of titans... or of a titan and a little guy who wishes he were a titan. Working with Bosa on this was a great challenge and through the trouble and strife, we managed to pull something pretty amazing off. Due to limitations, our parts each use our own VST collections.

This piece began on Bosa's side... he sent me what he had so far and my face melted off. He gave me the challenge of creating something so gentle yet emotionally compelling to serve as the answer to his mighty and majestic opening. I rarely use piano in my works, but Bosa had already used it, so I figured now was as good a time as ever. I wanted to create an atmosphere that was both strong and rich yet also simple, and to follow up where Bosa had started. After a slow build, the piece finally reaches the final climax with a softer echoing of Bosa's originally powerful message, and the whole thing comes to a crashing end in a series of powerful chords.

P.S. In case you can't figure out where my harp is from, it's from Spitfire Audio... it's the only non-EastWest thing in my part of the song.
