Butsaay V1 - Phonix diss, diction diss, Teq dickriding. Only a couple hits but they're vicious.
Byron V1 - Nice flip on the diction diss. Mom flip trailed on a little too long. Flow is awkward and rhymes are forced.
Butsaay V2 - Re-flipped the mom diss, TALKING AWKWARDLY TO A BEAT AND YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH IT, voice box diss is a great followup to an okay mom flip. Finisher was a bit disappointing but this verse went really hard.
Byron V2 - Re-re-flipping the mom line wasn't necessarily a bad idea but didn't have much. The flow and imitation line is nice. "In love with this beat" is a decent flip. Again, I felt like the flow and rhymes were just awkward here.
Both threw some hits. Not much filler to be had in this battle, which always makes for a dope battle. Byron's flips felt a little watered down, almost to the point of nerdy, whereas I felt Butsaay had a bit more sting and wit in his disses. Butsaay threw the haymaker partway through his second verse. Butsaay for the win.
I thought Byron's shots had more sting to them and his flips were on point. The impressions in both verses was well executed. Butsaay did well too but I didn't think he brought it as fierce as Byron. Im givin it to Byron.
Byron's impression of Butsaay was pretty damn funny.
Great battle, it's hard to decide a winner 'cause both of them had flips, punches and a bit of filler in equal measure. I'll give it to Butsaay for the slightly cleverer lyrics. Dayum.
What the hell? Normally, Byron comes off with a lot more technique, but now he's resorting back to shitty sexual innuendo? Nah, man. Gotta give this one to Butsaay.
