The voice you heard is gone...
You have a massive headache and blurry sight.
It was a fatal sign that the virus reached and infested your brain.
You tried to find a single survivor, but everything was dead already,
killed by what's taken over your weak human body.
Now you're lying on the ground and die slowly while the forest takes
what it needs from you and let your body sink down in the earth
where it'll be decomposed and absorbed by the mutated trees.

Not bad. I can agree with the 'massive headache and blurry sight' feel. Keep it up.
