Silent Owl - Frustration

Electronic, melodic, drum'n'bass. At least, I tried to make it in this way.
It starts like an oldschool track, then evolves into a melodic part and blossoms in a fusion of electronic and melodic music at the end. Many synths and some piano parts.

Oh man. This is some fantastic liquid. You have a brilliant concept here that is definitely worth polishing.

Pros:
- Liquid. How could you go wrong with that?
- Musical architecture/layout is splendid.
- The ambience in the track, ever-so present, is definitely a wonderful touch.

Cons:
- Certain things need a little more "oomph", I'd say. The drums in general are one thing (e.g. kick especially). It's a little too light and fluffy right now.
- I think there's a certain blanket of "blandness" right now because this could use some eq/mastery work. It feels like the volume levels are just right for the most part, but nothing really sounds "fleshed out". Adjacent frequencies and such don't bleed or drown each other out at least- but this is something that should definitely be looked into.

Keep it up. You got something special here.
