Easy Listening - Classical

Author Comments

There is a soft, peaceful and homely feel all around. The hero, after travelling through the crevices of darkness, defeats the enemy at last, and now misses his wife and children. (Or her husband and children.) And (s)he wants to come home to them.

This is a remake from scratch of Jakkmau5's loop of the same name.

FL Studio 10.
Time taken: Approx. 1 week, bearing in mind I had exams and classes and people asking for help in the middle of it all.

The piano work is beautiful! The woodwind is hard to distinguish. You did well with what violin instrument you have, but it'd be great to find a violinist to put some sweet real strings in there.

I love what I hear. Just love how the piano sounds and stays to its true character.

The mixing is a bit heavy on the low end, but other than that this is awesome. It's possible the mixing I'm hearing is a result of my headphones too, so I won't say that it's an issue for sure.

I'll have to check out that original!

I'll find out as more people review this piece. Still, thank you for listening, and thank you for pointing it out! : )

Admittedly, this one came as a result of me posting a review on the original, because of how very repetitive it was.
