Navigation systems are finally online, the engines silently whirr and rumble throughout the ship, the fluorescent lights flicker on and illuminate the empty bridge. I rest my feet on the console as it finds my location, lean back in my chair and sigh happily, reaching for my cup, only to catch my eye on what appears to be a distress signal blinking madly across the sector.
I take a quick sip and trace the call, not too far away, I can do that, I tap a few commands and soon the ship orients, the cabin shifts and here we go. Warp engages and I'm soon staring down the face of a pitch Black Nova, scraps and husks strewn about, a station being pulled in; ho boy, I can do this, relax, just have to get close enough and tractor them out, easy as pie.. I hope.
