Had to dig out my password to write this. I originally got a Newgrounds account because I planned to review a lot of things, but I just kinda got involved in other things and never got around to it.

HOWEVER, this song has brought me into the mood to at least write my feelings on a single song. Allow me first to say that, as a Zelda (console titles mostly) fanboy, I would like to thank you for remixing a lot of my favorite songs (Serenade of Water, my favorite ocarina theme in particular).

As to this song, Stone Tower Temple's theme is one of my favorites of all time, and the way in which you incorporated the original theme into something that sounds so different, yet equally as, if not more powerful, is something I truly respect about your ability to create music.

I can remember as a child, allowing my N64 to overheat as I sat inside of Stone Tower Temple, unmoving, just to continue to hear this song being played. I've always had a fascination with game music, from a young age, and began collecting the stuff as I grew older. This remix brought reminded me of why I began collecting songs like these in the first place: because the atmosphere of a simple piece of instrumental music can have such an effect on your mood as to become an integral part of who you are.

I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but for me, my entire life has a soundtrack composed of songs very similar to this one, and I welcome this song as an addition to that esteemed company.

In closing (I know I've been rambling a bit), I would like to thank you for this wonderful song, an excellent reworking of a track I consider under appreciated.

Well, well, I've been waiting a while for another song from you and I must say I'm not disappointed. You've given this song a very mysterious feeling in my opinion and it's really complements the tone of the song. And the little light hearted parts still manage to remain mysterious while giving off a warmer and more gentle theme.
Once again, a great song. My day has once again been made.
