5/4 Fusion track.

My idea of what happens when jazz mets metal and electronic sounds. Violent and sophisticated.

The guitar sounds quite perfect to me in this song. Overall, the whole song sounds great and of very good quality. I like the 5/4 time signature. I don't know why, but when I started playing guitar many years ago I found that most of the riffs I came up with were 5/4 time. I haven't ever found out what songs were influencing me to use that timing. So I made a mental note to try to avoid 5/4 in my stuff, since I thought maybe it was too weird for people to listen to. But this song proves that I was wrong. From now on, I'll be less afraid to compose with rarely used time signatures. You pulled it off nicely. Great song!

I like the general structure if this song, and i actually really like 1:15 to 1:50, but before and after that section, the synth is just... bad. Not so much the sound, but the rhythm, y'know? It just... doesn't flow. like, at all...

Of course this is just a problem with the synth and only the synth, i really do like all other aspects of the song, guitar especially.
Pretty solid track over all, just need to work on the rhythm a bit

GdabZ responds:

Rythm between 1:15 and 1:50 seems more "binary". Although all the track is written on a 5/4 signature, which you may not be used to. I do like the synth that way and don't see it as a defect. Thanks for your comment anyway ;)
